FB HOLDEN UTE TAILGATE - WANTED URGENTLY!!!!

PLEASE HELP!

I have made excellent progress with my complete ground up restoration of this classic ute but have hit a snag, upon prepping the body I found the tailgate frame is completely beyond repair so a skin just wont cut it! If anyone out there can help me locate a tailgate for my FB ute ( pride & joy) then please by all means contact me asap.

I have spent every cent I earn on this vehicle, new chrome, complete engine rebuild, custom Phill Hutton front end, custom rims, brake upgrades etc etc the list goes on, it would be a total shame to get shafted now by a tailgate of all things.

The engineering is nearly done, the paint booth is only around a week away... I have rung every wrecker I can think of in every state, I contacted wrecker hotlines and even spoken to Richard from WA FB/EK club who did a ring around for me too,( great guy & thanks to Richard for being such a top bloke) .. but alas it seems no tailgates to be found thus far.

Two thumbs up and a fair price offered to anyone that can help a well loved FB and its owner live happily ever after.

Yes FE through to EK tailgates are the same, still doesn't make them very easy to find in decent nic though! Good luck with the search.
