Hi there,
I need to know how hard it is to change an XB from a coloum shift automatic to a floor shift.
I am intending on buying a b&m shifter, what other components will i need, what will i need to do and how hard is this?
I need this info soon thank,

Hi Ryan
I'm currently working through this with my car (ZD Fairlane). Basically I disassembled the column and removed all of the shifter hardware. A bit of creative work with sheet metal and bog has the column looking like a factory floor shift one. I

Thanks for the help, are there any other components required for the conversion as I have never changed a transmission over before or a similar procedure.

Hi Ryan, You say you are changing a transmission over? I'm assuming you mean that you are retaining the original auto and just changing from column to floor shift. If you are retaing the auto and just changing the method of gear selection everything yo
