just wondering if there is any difference between the k frame in a vk v6 to a vk v8 or a wb tonner v6 - v8 in the engine mounts?

VK K-frame is the same in the mounts for V8 & straight 6. It's from the VL that they differed between each other.

HQ-WB are exactly the same for 6 or V8. No K frame in these either.
