Hello, I don't know whether this has been covered before but does anyone know how much it would cost to move a none running car from Perth to say Canberra? Wagga or Sydney would do as I can trailer it to Canberra. I have heard that moving cars east is cheaper than moving them west can anyone confirm? Thanks, Jim...
It ****s me to tears when the media & state politicians refer to the Federal Government as "Canberra" Edited by user Wednesday, 13 June 2007 1:11:17 AM(UTC)

I moved a car from Perth to Sydney 35 years ago and sending it by sea was by far the cheapest. There was still 500 ks of unsealed road in SA in those days so road transport may be the best today. If I was doing it today I would still check with the ship
