A mate of mine is an industrial designer. Most things he does at work are very technical ie mining equipment etc. He wants to let loose on a car and asked me for a starting point being a Holden enthusiest. He has alot of manufacturing equipment at his disopsal.Dont think he could equal the Holden Efigy . That was a one off.Wants to build a show stopper base on a Holden. Trying to think of a one that you could really go to town on big time, any ideas?

I think it would be good to come up with a decent holden van!! eg, like the bedford van, or the transit van, something that has style space, has the ability to be multiuse capable, sort of what i am already building, but i dont have the engineering skill

Being pedantic I know - but an XU2 was to be an LH 308 - got renamed L34. I think you mean V8 XU-1.

Hi Guys.

This XU-2 thing has been discussed many times, but as cloudy says the XU-2 was always the option number for the LH/LX SL/R 5000. Problem is, just about every badly informed motoring journalist (& others) over the years have wrongly nick-named
