can anyone tell me which elec dissy would suit my hg mild 307 have have a small budget and seen some on ebay 4 about 100$ has anyone used these with any success cherrs

Just a normal Chev HEI. The Procomp ones you mention will work, but not sure of the quality. You can buy rebuilt originals too.
