Hi all, are all the plates on the firewall unpainted on a HG Monaro, Brisbane built car? It seems that the second larger plate plate has been painted black and body colour. I saw a HG yesterday at the wreckers that had the second plate painted black with the engine bay, but the others were unpainted. Were these two plates put on after the car was painted and the other plate fitted before painting?
cheers
Steve

Hi Warren, does this also mean that the top of the firewall is also painted engine bay colour on Brisbane cars and not body colour. If so where does the engine bay colour and body colour meet? cheers Steve
