Hi Guys.
I'm a bit lost here. If it has a Gen 3 LS1 V8 with a Mafless tune, why is the engine listed as an unleaded Turbo 3 litre.
Dr Terry. |
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0 |

Hate to say it guys, but it looks a bit like a Daewoo Musso from a distance! I think the reason it says 3.0L turbo is because when people list a car on Carsales they only get a choice of the engines from a list that were available in that vehicle from Edited by user Sunday, 22 July 2007 8:21:53 AM(UTC)

Wonders will never cease! I've seen a VN wagon on a Patrol chassis and it looked OK, but that VL looks awful. No disrespect to a VL, just as a 4WD it lokks terrible. It also has really bad diffs - Range rover. These are the same centres as series II Land |

To be honest if one had the time and resources I would build one myself and it's be heaps better than the original. Actual process isn't that difficult and use any body style you like. My version:
Buy a VZ V8 auto tonner (VZ for the 4L65E transmission) |

Yes, regularly. I'm also very pissed that Holden only ever made a 4WD 1-tonner in a V6, and that Nissan only make a GU Patrol ute in a diesel. I'd happily buy a V8 AWD tonner, or a Petrol Patrol ute. It really annoys me that I have to build my own, or |

Not sure if i've asked this before:
Is anyone here up to speed with the differences between a Crewman cross 6 and cross 8, and also Adventra X6 and X8?
Just wondering how hard it would be to convert a 1-tonner X6 to a V8 using Crewman Cross 8 engine |
