just a question what would a complete 308 v8 that needs a reco be worth ? cheers

If a 308 block is worth about 300-400 in good condition and a reco/exchange is worth more than 1500, id say not much. Complete EFI running motors are worth about 2000-2500.

Im in Pinnaroo SA, Only a couple of hours east of Adelaide..

All the 308 motors i have are Turbo Pattern. Its getting VERY hard to find Aussie pattern blocks nowdays..

I can get you the engine numbers if your still interested ??

Add $100 for Aussie pattern.

as far a 308 red shorts motors, chev pattern go, (Perth market:)
STd Bore $500
+0.020 $400
+0.030 $300
+0.040 $150
+0.060 coffee table bases

if you cant read the engine numbers, a
Old holdens brought on the spot, quick decision, cash paid.
