Can anyone tell me what the standard block height(crank centre to deck)of a VK-VL 5.0L black motor is.

All 304/308 decks will be the same if that helps, but I can't give you an exact measurement. You could try adding the stroke/2 to the rod length and the pin height then add about 30-50 thou for deck clearance. You can get pin heights off the ACL website f |

How rare is a Mako blue Monaro? I know of one optioned with matching interior and a vinyl roof. Would this increase the value of the car?

Funny place to ask the question. But answer is very rare. Only ever seen one, which was a early Pagewood 0337 with blue trim, 307 powerglide with air, steer and just about every accessory you could order. It was a dealer order for the showroom floor. Last |
