One word for you mate - leafblower! :p

Not sure if you can get 4stroke jobs but a leafblower with a feed from the fuel tank might work (not sure what kind of psi or cfm they make?)...hehe, would be the funniest sound pulling up at a set of lights hear

hey mr void,
uumm? dont need feed to from tank...... the idea was to use the compressor to help brake the vehikle, like an exhaust brake on a truck? then, use the power of the comp air to boost power for take off again? every time go down a hill, use it
