Hiya all just wondering if anyone knows how hard or easy it is to put power windows into an xd falcon i have a set of xf door trims from a fairmont ghia and i would really like to be able to utilise the switches for the power windows so if there is anyone out there that knows what is involved in fitting all the required items to make this work i would be really greatful for the information

Al, it's a lot less hassle just to keep the manual winders. The ford power windows aren't known for being trouble free. Lot less headaches for you if you just stay with manual set up. Power window set up will require wiring in the loom, putting in the

I agree with what Paul has said but am doing exactly this to my EB GLi. I have the advantage of all the wiring being there from the factory as the car was optioned with cruise control when new. & yes the first regulator that I fitted is not well.
