hi guys

Id really like to buy a (stock and rustfree LOL) Gemini Gypsy van, but can anyone tell me what models they were realeased in? I'd like the latest model possible, and does anyone know what 'extras' they had above and beyond the basic van? Also, a rough price guide as I couldn't find anything on Redbook.

I can't say i've seen any (advertised or on the road) for a very long time, and it must be stock and original, any leads appeciated too! Tell me I'm dreamin?!!??

cheers frank

The gypsy was a TE van , the model code did not differ from the standard van being 8TE70, it featured TD style alloy sl/e rims and nylon plaid seat inserts, TD sl/e 4 spoke steering wheel and the SL`s sqarehead lights and grille.

I have a TE Gypsy Van. (Not for sale so don't ask). It's Flamenco Red with the stripes down the side, and graphics etc.

If you're on the lookout for one, there is one for sale on eBay at the moment though it has been resprayed and IMO nee

Hi Guys.

PF60 Kev, you seem to be fairly knowledgeable on Gypsys, you may be able to help me out.

Most Holden paperwork seems to suggest that Gypsys only existed in the TE & TF series. The main differences between these 2 were the grille etc & the d

I thought the square headlight grille was standard. The round headlight one was much harder to get. As I found whehn I was looking for one.

Hi johnperth.

AFAIK the TE round head grille is only fitted to the base panel van & sedan. The Gypsy gets the rectangular headlight grille (blacked out).
