Hi, whats involved in swapping my Premier front to my HG Panel Van?
Can i just do the rad panel, or should i swap the whole front engine bay ?

easier to change "sub / K - frame" (engine bay) to twin headlight.- which you may struggle to find.....

or fabrication work onto the single to convert to twin.

Guys in WA (because on the salty conditions) are now making 1 good subframe out of say 3
Old holdens brought on the spot, quick decision, cash paid.

dont forget the hk ones are different to hg for the gearbox crossmember

I searched high and low for yonks to get a twin light subframe to stick on my HK Munro. Ended up buying a HK Brougham and taking it outa that (Rest of Brougham now sold off to restorer :-). Now the cook (Munro's hers) has decided that she now prefers the

whats the $$ market in the East for HK/T/G SUB frames??
single light here $500 minimum
Twin headlight, well, $800 maybe?

everything more expensive in the west.

Dusty, ? have we met? Only one person knows that i have a HT Prem, and i dont think that you are him? Please enlighten me if it really is who i think it is..... lol...my memory isnt so good now that i am nearing my eighties....oh well....dribble yawn etc

Seriously $800.00 ?, and i am gonna cut a good one...NO..
Hmmm, my cars value just quadrupled :)
If i do a conversion , can it all just be unbolted and is it a very hard task? I understand i will have to replace the loom for a Prem ( got that too ) anyt

Um, not really..lol. i would actually like to get another van or three,
cant get enough of these things, and i cant afford a Monaro just yet..hehe, so my passion is the van.
Good luck with your project Van... i am sure it will look good.
