Can anyone help.
I'm part the way through doing up my '66 XR. I have just installed the the 302 with a four speed single rail rail behind it. The single Rail is out of an XE and has an eletronic type speedo drive Does anyone know what is the best way to match the electronic speedo from the Single Rail to teh mechanical drive speedo in the XR?

Easy pull out the electronic sender & put the cable into the hole. If your car had a 3 speed manual or a Borg Warner 35 then it's a straight fit. If you had a C4 then you might need a new cable.
Alternately you could fit the XE speedo to your dash, |

Thanks again JIM, It was a three speed column shift borg warner manual, so it sounds as if it should be pretty simple.
