Hi there is a 10 bolt holden diff called salisbury but is there a 10 bolt chev diff?? I know there a 12 bolt chev diff.
If there is a 10bolt chev diff is it as good or better than a 10 bolt holden diff.
Also if there is one is it easy to tell them apart??
Arguments ahhhh
If its not broke it will be soon |

There is a 10 bolt and 12 bolt Chev diff and the bolts attach the crown wheel, not the back cover plate. There is also a small and large Salisbury diff. The large Salisbury was used in the A9X and the small Salisbury was used in the UC Torana.

You only have to be in front at the end of the race. |

Salisbury is a design type, Salisbury type rear axles load from the rear and Banjo load from the front. A Ford 9" is a banjo diff.
So there are plenty of salisbury and banjo diffs out there and cannot simply be compared by name, as some are much strong

The only Chev 12 Bolt used by GMH was in Export models as an ordered option in the HQ Series. South African vehicles were ordered with this diff.
Not available for Australian market vehicles.
