Hi can anyone tell me how to decode a rim date please. It is an ROH, I believe HG

6.0JJ X 14 , date? code is 18L2

hmm going by what I have seen this may be 1972. so possibly not HG. The rest of the numbers are

BLK 87 DA-EA/SIL 87 DA-BA

anyone know what this is? it came with a HG Monaro in the boot

I would tend to believe that its a 72 built rim so probably HQ pattern but I guess it could be Torana.

Does it bolt on the HG or not? HQ wont fit. Torana will.

Not sure mate. The GTS rims are 6 inch. Im not sure if standard rims were available in 6 inch. Its a bit beyond my knowedge level mate.
Someone on here will know fore sure.

Thanks munromad it might be a bit too specialized for anyone to know for sure - maybe it came off a 1-tonner. Thanks for the help

My parts book list early 6 inch rims on the Q,s as being for the cab chassis only and then a different part no 6 inch rim for all types except SS and GTS.
