I have just tried to register my HT and was knocked back because my body number on the compliance plate and fire wall number don’t match.

Vic Roads insists that they have to match, I tried to explain this to them. That all Holdens prior to 1970 are the same but no one is listening.
Does anyone have some reference I can show Vic Roads that this is the case and I have not put on a different compliance plate.

No the tags have never been removed, they still have the factory rivits and some type of sealer on top of the rivits.

Any layman can see this except Vic Roads.
