G`day all. Have a slight prob with my red 6 in an LC Torry. The engine is a .020 over 202 but otherwise stock, running back thru a stock traumatic box. Prob is that when I back off to go round a sharpish corner for instance, when I put my foot back into it ( even slightly ) it has an almighty flat spot and quite often stalls. If I pull the choke out an inch or so, it seems to alleviate the prob. I have been thru the electrics and timing side of things and all seems ok ( replaced it all !!) so I`m guessing Fuel/ carby prob. Car was running ok and this prob came out of the blue. Thanks in advance for any advice..Cheers..Brian

check for vacuum leaks very common around intake manifold gasket. Check to make sure bolts are tight.Use a can of carby cleaner to spray around any potential vacuum leaks and listen for a change in engine revs which would indicate a leak.Or may be carby p
