Im after a decent vinyl protector for the roof of out Holden powered v8 Toyota Crown has anyone purchased such a product that they would swear by as being the ducks guts.

I have a vinyl roof on the Premier. Go to Woolies/Coles and buy a few tins of KIWI Neutral Shoe Polish. It will take some time to rub in and buff the surplus off by hand.

I am with John, boot polish is the best thing, as it is designed to keep the moisture out. So any boot polish in the colour of the roof is good.

I have not had the going gooey in the heat from Kiwi black polish. There are some good clear "rain guard" p

Hi Warren, The roofs white so white Kiwi boot polish could be the answer, we never had any problems with that going gooey in the Army, Ill give that a go.

Fred, go the neutral for a white top. Mine is Willow (beige).

Do your GP/s or ABs in Parade Gloss Black, that's if you are over 45 !! LOL
