hi fellow forders has anyone seen the allan moffat special on ebay was thinking about buying it what do you guys think..

I know the XC Moffat Specails are collectable but to me they look too much like a standard XC GS Falcon. At least the Cobra's had the distinct paint job, interior and the plaque on the glove box. Each to their own I suppose but for less money I'd rather

i love the moffs they look tuff and sound it too, twin pipes gt hanling disc all round 9 inch slotted rims gs rally pk it has it all only thing that makes it different than a gt is the engine..

Are you really sure they have a nine inch in them? I would have thought a borgy disc rear end same as 302 GXLs and Fairlanes. I'd still prefer the GXL though. Much nicer interior in them.

Yes I have one and it is a ball tearer, they built 500 of these and it is a joy to own and drive.

I was around when Moffat specials were released,& a family member bought one. It had 302c,sports suspension(torsion bars),single rail,8&3/4 rear end,white interior and a sticker of aussie flag on the front door. Basically a GS..To my knowledge, none had 3
