How many times have you been asked this? Well, heres one more.

I've got a crow 35602 cam (see link). It's going in a rebuilt, 20thou over 202 with mild port work. I've been told that it'll be smooth at idle and the chart on the crow website lists it as "Improves throttle response, good highway cam for mild or stock engines."

This is no bad thing of course. But i was told to go to the X2 intake setup to maximise it. Now, we all want a little lump in our idle, and it almost seems a waste not to go to a 35603 or 35665 with the X2 setup.

Comments? I do NOT want a monster, but i want a nice rumpetty rump, it's an HQ after all, it's not meant to be silent!

In my efi turbo 202 I have a custom cam similar to the 35603 and it is far from lumpy. Yes its an efi engine so its smoother but I doubt it would be angry in a carb motor...but it will be a sweet cam : )
