Guys

Some of you will by now have found my letter in the latest AMC, chasing down details of my mate's Orchid 1973 Bathurst XU-1.
I have since found it was one of 12 x 1973 Bathurst cars sold new by dealer 865 - Metro Motors in Morley WA. To sell this many the dealer may have supplied the WA Police. Does anyone know if WA Police had XU-1's? This car was sold new in 10/73. Does this dealer still exist?

Byron

Metro still exists. I asked them why, and they say it is because they were and still are WAs biggest dealer.
