Hi Folks. I need to remove my steering ram as it started to haemorage when the new motor was started. It's really awkward to get at the mounting point as the sump is in the way. Are there any tricks to getting this out?

Yes it's on my ZD Fairane (i probably should have specified a model when i started). I've had a look on ebay and spotted a ball joint puller that works on leverage that should do the job so i'll see what i can get it for. Cheers
