The plates say LX SL/R 5000 manual, painted Mint Julep with Black trim & Nylon inserts.
Made in Melbourne between 1/9/75 & 31/8/76.

Hi Monaro Mark, Im not sure what they usually go in very good cond as Im into monaros. But my partner really likes this torie. What do you guys consider an average price for an SL/R

In this combo you would be looking at anywhere from about 20-60k depending on if it's a matching numbers car, how complete it is, condition, originality, etc.

The car is in excellent condition. The interior does not appear to be restored to origional spec's. I am waiting on the chassis number and engine number and then I will post them. If you can tell me how to add pictures I can show you the condition. Cheer

Can you describe the colour? Mint Julep is a bright non metallic Kermit green. I would not know what Barbados green looks like.
I had an LX hatch in Mint Julep but had to let it go to fund my first house I miss that car and would love another on

Looking closer it looks like the rivets of the id plates have been removed. But that could be because of the respray.

Hi all, thanks for the info. Not sure about the deal. You know the old saying "when it sounds too good to be true, it usually is". The guy advertised the car in sydney, now tells me it's in Hobart. And keeps avoiding giving the chassis, engine and rego nu
