I have a mate that claims he has a XE PHASE GT ( carnt remember the phase NO, 5 i think ) but its an XE .. Very weird body kit 351 Toploader 9 inch . However I remember an artical in street Machine years ago and his car is identical to that even down to the rear spoiler that hung over the rear windscreen ,, He tells me that there were only 3 of theese of the production line His ( charcoal in color ) and two red ones .... Yes there is a car called the phase 5. No it's not a production car. They were made by a company called phase autos. The company still exists I think. Are you 100% sure it's got a top loader and nine inch? Should be a single rail 4 speed and borgy li

Top loaders stopped being a factory fit in about 1973-74. I think your friend was fed some wrong info, like Dmax says, there was no phase 5 run down the line at Geelong. The phase 5 would have been an XA GT coupe if the programe hadn't been squashed in
