Hi guys i want to put a kickdown switch on my th400 i have a wreck out the back that has a switch for the tri-matic on the accelerator pedal, will the tri switch work on the th400 and if so how on earth do i wire it up? If anyone has wiring diagrams for it that would be sweet

Yes. Same switch. There should be a plug in your wiring harness to plug into the switch. And follow the kickdown wire on the trimatic, from the firewall to the box. It is a single wire. From memory on a TH400 it follows the speedo cable down to the box.

I did a mod on my WB Stato, I put a small push button switch below and in front of the T-Bar and in parrell with the kick down switch, so i could hold onto a gear with out moving the T-Bar. Worked well but because it only had a Trimatic in it I didnt want
