XC GS/GXL bonnet has no lock down pins, just the 2 bonnet vents. Still a good bonnet to have if you can't find an XB GS/GT one. Price and location, State, town is a good idea with any ad.

Oh yes, you can't delete or modify any of your posts here un

Can I post photos on here or do I have to download it onto photobucket or something first?

$400 for an XC bonnet is a bit of a stretch. Maybe $200 if the bonnet is good without any rust. They often sell for around $150. If the car has the bonnet from factory it should also have a black flip fuel cap. That's worth between $50 and $100. If i

Paul351xb - Yeah I thought $400 would be abit to high from just reading on this site anyway. So $150 would be the go then.
I thought I was logged in but obviously not. Dad went and had a look at the car and rang me back. He said the fuel cap isn't black

To me it sounds like the grille might be a GS one. And if the spotties a

XC and XB represent model runs. XB was built from 1973 to 1976. XC from 76 to 78. Both the XCs and XBs were made as 4 door sedans. They were also made as coupes ( 2 door hard tops ), utes, station wagons and panel vans. There are quite a few differen

I have download some photos onto photobucket but don't know how to get them on here. Copy and paste wouldn't work like it does on other forums.
The problem too is that the cars are dirt

The XC's say Falcon 500 and have 4.1 badge. I'm pretty sure they all are just one has sports bits - lights, grill, dash and alloy head etc.
What does all that mean? I will post a few more pics when I download them.

Hi again Nicole,
going by the photo the Bonnet is definately a XC GS/GXL one. Looks to be in pretty good nick too. The spotlights don't look like the factory Hella ones though. I'm not sure if the grill is a GS or stock one. can't quite tell with the

If you are after the XC in the picture as is, I have just taken a few
