G'day Craig, You considered getting aftermarket leaf springs from the likes of whiteline or kingsprings ? I used kingsprings in the back of my XW and they're great. I used lowered but they also make std heights.
Gotta be better than 30 odd year old sprin

Here ya go Criag. King SPrings are based here on the Gold Coast. Been here for many many years. Export a lot to the USA now. They will tell you who they have as a distributor near you.

Thanks Paul,

Yeah I rang them, $265 a set. They have an agent here in Canberra so should land here for less than $400 I'm hoping. Probably the best I will get outside of a genuine set.

Cheers.

Their stuff is very good. I know for a fact they used to make springs for one or 2 of the big name guys and then they would just repaint them.

I wanted whiteline leaf springs and got quoted around $350 so they must make them (XW-Y). I had a bad deal with kingsprings once (attitude not product) so they were not my first choice to deal with but i did anyway because i was broke and theirs only cost
