PROBABLY IN THE BEST CONDITION THEY CAN BE. ARE THEY CHROME OR PAINTED AND HOW MUCH?

Both front and rear have excellent rubbers, but have minor surface rust , enough that you would have to rechrome them.
but they are straight.
