how much would it cost to get a ute bead blasted? Where is there a place in melbourne to do it thanks

The whole car or just the tray? Inside and out and doors and guards and everywhere? . . . . . maybe $800 Do you want them to paint it with etch primer? . . . . maybe another $200

Rigpig,
I'm going to disagree with you, if the guy behind the blasting gun knows what he's doing - there isn't any problem with blasting car panels. It's all down to experience. Sure there are some that will say they have done heaps of cars, but not

thanks guy's i have started using paint stripper two or three times over each section. then i bought a orbital sander to finish, time consuming.....but gets it done. there is about 5 coats of paint on it in most parts!!!! the little tedius bits are gunn

The cars we get done at work (about one a week or so) are sand blasted everywhere except the actual surface of the outer panels. These surfaces get bead blasted, but remember beads dont remove every bit of rust. We even go to the point of removing outer p |

why not try soda blasting, gentle on the panels, and water soluble.
If it doesn’t burn fossil fuels, it’s not a sport.

I havent had anything soda blasted myself but have read about it and it definatly sounds like the way to go, just depends on price I guess

I heard walnut shell blasting causing the least heat but no way to confirm
