hey yall.
if i am doing a conversion, and i need to drive ze vehikle to get work done on it? eg, get exhaust properly done, gas put on, etc, etc,
am I allowed too drive it, before Mr Engineer has caste his evil eye over its incredible ingenuity and masterly mechanical workmanship??

hhmmm.? boom that is a bugger, cause guess they will just have to arrest me?
does this mean if my windscreen is cracked, I am not allowed to drive it to get it fixed??
is this technically? speaking, or can i get a permit to drive it? cause the engine

most states you can get a permit but 900k might be pushing it

900ks is fine, but is it registered? and if not how long has it been unregistered for? if you still dont need a RWC you can get a permit for the trip. they dont check the car. i did this with my commodore. this is for nsw anyway, dont know what the go is

hey boom,
it is registered, and road worthy for that matter, subject to any engineering requirements, mostly with strenght of new engine mounts, and rear box mounts,
mt mate wayne from pearl automotive in montrose is visiting over chrissy, so i will get
more than basketcase than a bear!

Hi - not sure about your state but in Qld you can drive an unreg. vehicle for the purpose of inspection/repair as long as you have your third party insurance certificate and a completed application for registration. Would suspect this is similar in most s
