I am going to buy one of these early next year from the govt auctions, I know the differences between the two, drive line etc..
My question is do either have any common problems I should look out for , I am leaning toward the VZ as They start at around $12,400 with about 120,000klms with full service history.
I am looking at fixed price cars.

Hi Cloudy

I would buy the VY II, for 2 reasons.

1. I'm old fashioned & one thing I've learnt over the years is never buy the 'first' of any model. Look at how early VN V6s had stood the test of time. Look how early VS ECOTECS have had there issues.
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
