Hi all,
I have a 1-3/32 single bbl stromberg carby at home, is this the X2 sized carby, if so what would the jet sizes be so I can check?
Thanks
Peter

Throttle body should be BXUV-2. STD JETS FOR 186 x2 is idle 70. power jet 56. main .o55. but that could be anything now. look for part code will be 23-xxxx. bxv-2 is a 173/179/186/202 thottle body. 1-3/32 is x2 type.

Hi Guys.
The 1 3/32" carby with the BXUV-2 base is also the standard carby for EH to HG 149 & 161 engines.
The actual part no. which has a 23 prefix will tell you exactly what engine the carby was built for.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0 |
