Hello again all !!! Just thought that i would offer some advice to any one wanting too buy a new car , What i am offering is free apraisals on your own cars and some advice on values of vehicals that you may be thinking of purchasing ,, I have a good knowledge of the used car market , and feel free too get intouch and pick my brains , I also have at my disposal a network of dealers Australia wide , so if your a specific vehical I can source it for you .. come off it John thats about double the price they were brand new. Somewhere around $1200 would be fair.

o.k, this is a bit left field, but, i have a VK commodore, 200,000kms, but it's in mint original condition. before i butcher it, what do you reckon its worth?

well need more info ... air :? steer ? is it an exec or belina . alloys ? 6 or 8 ? has it got books and history ....I need more info , an average 1 average cond is worth 500-1k , so i need to know more, eg a 5.0 ltr with A/c and steer and a glamour in ad

oh yeah of course. it's an SL. 202 and Five speed. Carby, power steer, all history and books, motor goes great. alloys.

being manual no air ??? im guessing as a trade worth a grand , bear in mind a real average 1 is 3-4 hundred, as a private sale with full history up too 3k if realy tidy. if in QLD with road worthy cert up too 4k they make good money with road worthys up

funny how prices differ between states isn't it? they don't have yearly checks on cars in SA do they?

Yeah your not wrong ,, there is a huge difference , and no checks at all in SA unless you get defected, and if its any older than about 92, forget about getting it back on the road,, When i lived in QLD for a bit I spun out at how expensive cars were
