Why are we so passionate about HOLDENS and FORD supporters so die hard ?? What makes you like 1 better than the other ???

Holden, Ford and Chrysler have all made damn nice cars but I prefer Holdens because I find them easier to work on and usually cheaper to fix.

Yeah holdens are just so much better than ford.There really is no comparison.Just a better car all round.

Monaro mark has it in a nut shell, any body that likes fords has never had to work on one! I have found holdens so much easyer than fords but I do like my mopars and Chevys as well. Iv owned my fair share of Holdens Fords Chevs and Valiants and I always c

I answered this in the ford section but so's i'm not seen to favour one side over the other, here's a cut'n'paste of what i put in the "other" side :-)

Either of the big three for me, Val, Ford or Holden but i do like them to be between 1966ish to abou

I started my apprenticeship in 1978(at a Holden D'ship) and realised just how logicly laid out they were, how easy to work on, and just how much superior they were to the alleged competion from Fools Over Rated Design.

80873, nice work you have done there i do a bit of rust work myself have you ever used Feronite converter primer on the bare metal? they use it on boats and offshore drill rigs its $20 a litre its seals the metal then converts any rust and if you get the
Havent you learnt anything from that guy that gives sermons at church?...Captain whats his name.

Gday Bundy, First off i must give credit where credits due, My mate Ian is doing my mig welding for me. Hes a farmer that restores vintage Morrises for a hobby but im loving his work.
As for the Feronite, Ive never heard of it. I was going to use POR 15

My reason is taht my first car was a HG kingswood 186 colum shift and i recon i took that car too hell n back at least a dozen times and just couldnt get it too s@#t itself , But I also like the Vals and Fords ive had a good mix of all , eg 72 UX1 ( hinds
