I have an after market manual water temp gauge in my ute that has stopped working for some reason. I was looking at replaceing it. I was wandering if an electric or manual gauge would be more accurate.? any help would be great. Cheers

I have found that with the manual ones I used in the race car that the line cracks and the gas (smells like ether) leaks our and bingo dont work. I prefer electric over manual myself as all you have to worry about is a wire as for accuracy that depends on
