when you said you put VN heads on your overlander/308 was it a standard cam and would you say you got 4%, 8%, or more extra power...? I mean power in the critical 1200 to 2000 rev range..... and fuel economy...?

If you put a whole VN top end on a 308 youll pick up low end torque. But, as all aftermarket carby manifolds ive seen are single plane youll actually lose low end torque. This was my experience. Most 308 experts will tell you that the VN heads are really |
