have 308 with engine number qt123330 cast date a2b2
could somebody advise what this was out of ta!

Recheck the casting date. Should be 2b/1/72, so whatever the b is in numbers eg 6 so 26/1/72.

Byron are you keeping records of NT engine # and casting dates?
If so i replaced my 11QT stato/tri block last year in my HJ coupe to go turbo pattern to fit my T700R4 trans and ended up getting an NT numbered block with casting date 13J7 from the wrecker
