just pulled an accelerator pedal and linkages out of an xd and looking at putting it in my xp to hook up to my 302w.it seems i need a really short accelerator cable (around 12 inches or so should do it) because it will almost be a straight run through the firewall and onto the carby. does anyone have any idea of what cable to use or who i should speak to that would know of a cable that might work. thanks fellas.

I have a 302 in my XM with an XD pedal, you will need more than 12 inches. I sell braided stainless cables which are adjustable to any size needed. Give me an e-mail [email protected]Deon

If you've got an old cable (a sample for what knobs/ends it needs) take it to any chopper shop (bike) and they'll make one for you, probably on the spot.
