its not illegal to sell them or posess them. its illegal to remove them and its illegal to use them to rebirth a vehicle

I think it's actually illegal to possess HG tags, well at least the ADR one, not attached to it's original vehicle.
Forget Ebaying them. They'll last a few hours at most before they get pulled. The only way you could possibly get money for them is to sel |

is it still illegal to posses tags if there in unusable condition
ive seen a few cars come crom auctions that were write offs and they had screwdriver holes all through the tags so people couldnt reuse them? |
