In the ACT they have a driver traing area at sutton, i dont know if this is still valid but if a P plater did an advance driver traing course out there then he/she didnt have to display P plates on their cars.

i like sticking to the speed limit in my HQ, because everyone expects me to go fast..

A 10% buffer will only allow you 4k's in a 40 zone, 5 in a 50, 6 in a 60, 7 in a 70, 8 in a 80, 9 in a 90, 10 in 100 and 11 in a 110 so the faster you go the bigger the buffer zone?

A 10% buffer will only allow you 4ks in a 40 zone, 5 in a 50, 6 in a 60, 7 in a 70, 8 in a 80, 9 in a 90, 10 in 100 and 11 in a 110 so the faster you go the bigger the buffer zone?

Thats why I drive 55 in a 60 zone! Its an upper limit of speed, not a minimum.
