hi need help fast the old vn has let me down bloody fuel pump stuffed up yeah but its on gas aswell but can,t seem to get it to start on gas don,t think geting power to the cutoff valves to let the gas thew any one no how to hot wire it so it will start on gas??thanksguys.

Gday roby,

If you have the push-button type of changeover switch try holding in the LPG button for 10 seconds while the ignition is on. The LED should turn solid instead of flash and that will bypass the petrol start. You will require more cranks to st

The most common problem with gas systems not working is the vacuum switch (Probably mounted on the firewall)
These switches detect a vacuum when the engine turns over and stays running, and when the car stops it detects no vacuum and shuts off the gas.
