Just pulled a 252 motor with a 2v head cross flow carby out of an XB i just bought, been told it's rare, any one know of an estimate value?

I am thinking its a 250 with some piston slap ? :)

Are you saying that you have a 250 2V engine or a 4.1 crossflow? if you have a 250 2V then the head alone is worth about $500 or say $600 for the complete engine. It is the complete engine and it is a crossflow carby, dad is a mechanic , we just dunno its price

I saw your ad for sale and it sounds like you have a 250 2V engine that has been fitted with a sidedraft Weber or Dellorto.
If so your valuation of about $1000 would be quite reasonableand your asking price a bargain at $700
