HRT 427, there was talk a few years ago,and i believe it wa based on a monaro, but it turned out to be a publicity stunt.

If nissan motorsport is nismo, then doesnt that make honda motorsport Homo?

The article states it's been 20 yrs in the making.
This would mean it's been in the planning since the first HSV Walky was released.
A little hard to accept, but I guess it could have been?
Incidently, I work with a fellow electrician who owns No 1 Wal

He wont be the treasurer ozchevy - I know their treasurer, and a walky is one car he doesnt have (but he does have may others!). You might be thinking of their motorsport guru - is his name Brett or Brad?

Cheers,

Mick

Hi Mick,

No - the bloke I know is John S. <surname removed for privacy>

Not sure what he is to the club, I thought it may have been treasurer, I'll ask him next time our shifts colide, don't get to see him too often. He owns 3 HDT/HSV cars.

No need to ask him mate, John is a good mate of mine.
In fact, we used his Corsa to get the blokes to the church for my wedding!

I know where you work now! Are you part of WW or S/log?

On the afternoon Brocky passed, I was sitting in John's study

Hey Mick,
Yes John is a good bloke, and a very smart Electrician, he is going to chase up on a Brocky Calais I used to own, (got stolen) many years ago. See if any of it's parts might have shown up along the way. I know about his new car, not many do tho
