just seen on ebay a set of pistons riteway brand made in taiwan for a 253 has anyone used any taiwanese products and are they any good cheers

what's the brand? or better still show us the link and we'll tell you if they're good or not.
If you have the money, ACL duralites for 253s go for about $460 new.
If nissan motorsport is nismo, then doesn't that make honda motorsp

Are 253 parts getting hard to get? and if so what should i get now for a rebuild latter?

no, theyre not getting harder to get. I think for a rebuild later, the best part you could get would be a 308.
