Can anyone tell me, does the HT/HG V8s use the short, or long water pumps?
Thank you.

Hi Campbell.

All 253/308 V8s before 1981 use the short pump, but there are 3 types.

The original HT/HG one has one heater hose outlet on each side of the pump. HQ/HJ only have one on the passenger's side, while all ADR27A engines have 2 outlets, bot
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
