tags for a 12/71 HQ coupe utility
HQ80380 trim 1819 - 21E paint 568 - 13132
GVW 4750 lbs
any help would be appreciated

6cyl Kingswood HQ ute. 1819 is "Covert Beige" paint (I dont know what that colour looks like but it sounds awful). 21E is Antique Saddle/Brown vinyl trim. From memory Covert Beige is like a slightly lighter version of Khaki (Army uniform colour).

Regardless of what colour you imagine, the name "Covert Beige" has a horrible ring to it. Translating it to Hidden Beige or Secret Beige just sounds silly. I think Terry is right though, as Covert interior in HZ seems to be a greeny colour.

funnily enough the car is no longer this colour so perhaps it was as bad as it sounds....
the word covert is not so bad but when you stick it with beige it sounds like the colour of my grandpa's suit....
dont like the sound of pinaroo beige either..
