Yes Chevs were an easy and cheap conversion for pre about 1980 Jags. All you really had to do was bolt the tail end of a Jaguar TH400 onto a Chev one and put in engine mounts, and plumb it all up. But if you want to easily pass later pollution ADRs a Hold
