G'day All, I am back after not having internet connection for quite a while due to financial restraints, and I'm not sure how long i will have it for now with the interest rates going up again!!! but anyway, I have a question. The pulley bearing on my VR ute is screaming like a bitch, it goes away when I turn the air-con on, but I dont want to drive around all day with the air-con on!!!and was wondering where you get the special puller to replace it? Is it expensive? and , can I just replace the bearing or do I need to replace the pulley as a whole unit? any advice appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Russ
For the short term get a belt to suit a VR V6 with no A/C. You can drive it for as long as you want then, but youll have no A/C.
You need several special tools to replace that bearing, its not a DIY job.
